A. Rooms start with a base rate of $160/wk.

Q. Do rooms have a separate bathroom?

A. No. There is a common bathroom available.

Q. How far from the Hamilton city centre is the Lodge situated?

A. The Hill Street Lodge is situated between the Wintec and Hamilton Lake. A short walk to both malls and supermarkets.

Q. Do you have a curfew?

A. 10.30pm for visitors.

Q. Are children allowed?

A. Not suitable as this is shared accommodation.

Q. Is car parking available?

A. Yes. Parking at rear and on the street.

Q. Is a bond required?

A. Yes. Two weeks rent in advance.

Q. Is there a cost for advanced bookings.

A. Advanced bookings are welcome. There is a non-refundable $50 charge.
